There’s nothing like being able to pick up and go, working your way through and around SoCal! It’s one of the thing that our KPG Healthcare team members enjoy the most… along with the fabulous attractions and cuisines they are able to try while on the road, of course!
With that in mind, SoCal travelers will love trying some of the OC’s top tastes- and who could blame them? We, too, absolutely adore these hot spots and couldn’t resist sharing them for those hitting the 405 on their current commute!

Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung is an experience in and of itself, but we guarantee that, if you love Taiwanese food, you won’t be disappointed! The xiao long bao is the menu favorite by far; you can watch them being made in the open-window dumpling window when you arrive, and experiencing the pop of the soup dumplings in your mouth (caution: soooo hot, but soooooooo good!) just cannot be replicated. We also highly recommend the pork and shrimp shao mai, hot and sour soup, and the garlic broccoli. Come prepared to wait – or to shop in the adjacent mall – the line at this hot spot can stretch upwards of two hours on peak evenings!
SeaSalt Woodfire Grill
Meat lovers will adore the smoked meats and ambiance of the Huntington Beach favorite, known for its tri-tip and big bone-in steaks. Customer favorites include the Spencer steak and sides such as pork belly mac and cheese and creamed spinach. It’s a place that really embodies the farm to fire motto… and the patrons know it! Plan ahead if you’re circling by this hot spot! Reservations can be made online.
